First Career Overseas LLP clearly declares that fees received under Registration for any program including Ausbildung / Dual Studies / Vocational Training / Study Abroad Admissions Guidance from a student are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
However, only if the student is 100% Enrolled and is reported (with proof) to have fallen seriously sick/ill or not keeping well for longer periods than 45 days can claim a refund. The maximum amount refunded will be up to Rs. 20000 (based on the services delivered) and not otherwise.
Later in the process, STRICTLY once First Career Overseas LLP has arranged/issued the offer letter/admission letter from the client abroad or the country consultant for any program on the basis of his/her respective application, NO REFUND is applicable, unless otherwise specifically mentioned.
