This includes administration, the purchase of goods, processing bookings and clarifying personnel issues. The difference between the salesman and the specialist is that the specialist takes care of the hospitality of the guests and the hotel clerk more about business processes in the background.
The hotel clerks are therefore more in the direction of management. Later you can also do further training to become a hotel manager and you can take the first steps towards hotel management after your hotel training.
